There are a lot of small and medium-sized businesses out there that need to hire but don't have the money to pay for those other job search websites. We provide our services for free not only to job seekers but also to employers looking to hire. This essentially makes our website the "first stop" for employers looking to hire.
Is renting humans illegal?
Not here. The name of the website was derived from the original idea of creating a website for part-time and contractual workers. In light of the current unemployment issues in our country, we decided not to limit who can post their profile on our website by opening it to all job seekers.

You will need to create a second profile (using a different email address) in order to post in a new category. This helps us keep each profile unique to the category posting.
